Privacy

We collect what you tell us on our forms, which is your name, contact details, and what you buy. We use it to match you to properties and to talk to you about them.

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anybody except where we need to in order to close a deal you are part of, such as a title company or a lender you asked us to approach.

We keep it while you are an active buyer with us and for a reasonable period after. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are required to keep records of a transaction.
